We are very fortunate to have the swimming pool and activities centre at Whinfell.

The building originally had a squash court but with the decline in popularity of this sport the area

was converted to a general purpose room. This room is available to all residents. A sound

system and projector have been installed to help with movies and presentations.

We have held musical concerts and had informative presentations from Whinfell residents, their friends and outside speakers. Music and

readings have also been popular. Other activities include pilates, yoga, table tennis and card evenings.

From time to time other celebrations such as the coronation have been held.

Several owners have used the venue for meetings and family events such as significant birthdays and anniversaries.

There is a lobby area which includes a kitchen and a small library of books.
